About Us

Shanna Windle
Shanna Windle is a recovering attorney turned holistic health and wellness coach carrying certifications in integrative nutrition, hormone specialist, corporate wellness and body image. She works with clients one on one and in group settings giving guidance on the mind body spirit connection and leveraging that connection to create the life you really want. She enjoys teaching on topics such as mindfulness, spiritual connection, manifestation, and abundance mindset.

Bianca Khoury Rey
Bianca Khoury Rey is a lifelong student and teacher of overall wellbeing. What began as a passion for fitness and nutrition in early adulthood, blossomed through the years as a passion for all encompassing wellbeing including; mind, body, spirit and soul. As a certified health coach and yoga instructor, Bianca blends her knowledge of physical form and movement, with the importance of internal and spiritual health to create harmony and balance treating the body holistically.

Session Experience
Goal Setting
This session is your opportunity to dig deep and focus on what you really want. Only when you know what you want can you set goals and then map your plan to reach them. We give you the information and roadmap for setting sustainable goals for yourself as you work through this program, or any other area of life!
Mindset
A session to address our thoughts and reactions to those thoughts. You are what you think you are and this is what you become. A dive deep into mindset, attitude and our reality.
Habits
Seemingly, small or inconsequential habits, day in and day out, over time add up and may be detrimental to our goals and our health. So, you can see that our mindset and our habits are really a huge part of who we are and who we become AND they are very much intertwined. This session helps to create good habits and break negative ones.
Meditation
Meditation is one of the most crucial tools that can be used to calm yourself and deepen your spiritual awareness and connection. This session explains the benefits of a meditation practice and some ideas for how to get started!
Self Care
A session that dives into what self care is, why it’s important and ideas to integrate this practice into your daily life.
Nutrition
One of the most important investments you can make, it fueling your body with nutrient dense, whole foods that will not only sustain you day to day, but will prevent long term illnesses and diseases. You will be guided to discover the way of eating that best suits your personal needs, given tips to stay on track, and how to become more in tune with what YOUR body is actually craving.
Fitness
While we all know that exercising is a crucial part of not only physical health, it is also an important factor in mental and emotional health. In this session, you will be introduced to various options for movement from low impact to high intensity workouts, how to know what is best suited for you, and better understand the benefits of how physical movement will enhance your overall wellbeing.
Detox
Surrounded by toxic chemicals everywhere we turn, this session dives into to ideas on how to ditch harmful everyday home and beauty products, how they impact your health and how to create a happier and healthier personal environment.
